MENTORING PROGRAM

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

his Leadership Mentoring Course makes a unique, accessible, challenging and practical addition to the wide range of leadership training in YWAM.  As you go through it, you will hear amazing stories of victories—and epic failures!  Through the stories, Biblical insights and recommended resources, you will have access to much of the five decades of leadership experience I have had in YWAM.

Some of the subjects we will cover are:  Why some people seem to naturally attract people; how to develop strategic friendships and accountability; what makes a person apostolic; what are the principles of pioneering; how to have those very difficult conversations that are so often required to resolve problems; how to lead without resorting to the power of titles or positions; how to avoid the pitfalls and temptations that come with money and our sexuality; how to attract and keep a team… the list is long and very practical.

This course will be broken into (15-minute) sessions,  with four of those sessions comprising a week of learning.  You will also have recommendations for other resources and will  join with a few others to discuss  online, share stories, make good friendships and generally learn together with others.  I hope that many hundreds of people will discover that this course will be a pathway to more joy and a more fruitful, multiplying life!
